We are in the Castello district of Venice, a 5-minute walk from the Biennale. A 10-minute walk along the "Riva degli Schiavoni" you can easily reach Piazza San Marco.
Is outside of the noisy and crowded tourist mass, you can enjoy a stay in close contact with everyday Venetian life. Nearby there are two playgrounds for children and is easy to reach the Lido of Venice and its wide beaches on the Adriatic Sea.

The apartment is bright, located on the 2nd floor of a typical Venetian building (no elevator)It has 4 bedrooms (one triple, one double and two singles), a small terrace and a small balcony, a 'large well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, a central hall. It is equipped with air conditioner, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, satellite TV, iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer (the latter on the ground floor). There is also baby cot.
